£50,000 Drone Show Prize Draw – EPS Trade Show 2026

 

1. Promoter

 

The promoter of this prize draw is Light Dynamix Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 14283182), Registered Office: North Lodge Upper Hexgreave, Farnsfield, Newark, Nottinghamshire, England, NG22 8LS (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

​

2.1 The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.

​

2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, contractors, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter.

​

2.3 Entrants must provide a valid business email address and contact details.

​

2.4 The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

​

2.5 Only one entry per person/business is permitted unless otherwise stated at the event.

 

3. Entry Period

 

3.1 Entries open at 9:00 (9.00AM) on 25 February 2026 and close at 16:30 (4.30PM) on 26 February 2026 at ExCeL London.

 

3.2 Entries received outside this period will not be included.

4. How to Enter

 

4.1 Entry is via completion of the official entry form at the Light Dynamix Ltd stand during the EPS Trade Show at ExCeL London on 25–26 February 2026.

 

4.2 Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. The Prize

 

5.1 The prize consists of one (1) drone light show provided by Light Dynamix Ltd with a stated value of up to £50,000 (fifty thousand pounds sterling).

 

5.2 The prize consists solely of the drone show production service and includes:

• Drone fleet

• Show programming

• Standard show design

• On-site deployment team

 

5.3 The prize does not include:

• Event permissions, aviation permissions, or regulatory approvals

• Venue hire

• Security

• Insurance

• Travel and accommodation outside mainland UK (unless otherwise agreed)

• Local authority fees

• Traffic management

• Any additional production services beyond the standard show package

 

5.4 The winner is responsible for securing all required permissions and approvals necessary to legally conduct the drone show. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to deliver the show if safety, regulatory, or operational requirements cannot be satisfied.

 

5.5 The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of winner notification unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

5.6 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

 

6. Winner Selection

 

6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

 

6.2 The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.

 

6.3 The draw will be conducted fairly and in accordance with UK promotional marketing regulations.

 

7. Winner Notification

 

7.1 The winner will be notified via email and/or telephone within 7 days of the draw.

 

7.2 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

7.3 The Promoter may publish the winner’s business name on its website and/or social media channels in accordance with advertising regulations.

 

8. Publicity

 

8.1 By entering, entrants agree that, if they win, the Promoter may use the winner’s business name, logo, and details of the event for reasonable promotional purposes without additional compensation.

 

9. Data Protection

 

9.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

 

9.2 Data will be used for the administration of this prize draw and, where consent is provided, for marketing communications from Light Dynamix Ltd.

 

9.3 Entrants may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 

10.1 The Promoter will not be liable for:

• Any technical failures affecting entry

• Loss or damage arising from participation

• Cancellation, delay, or modification of the prize due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control

 

10.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

 

11. Force Majeure

 

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to events beyond its control.

 

12. Regulatory & Safety Compliance

 

12.1 Delivery of the drone show is strictly subject to:

• Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) approval (where required)

• Airspace restrictions

• Weather conditions

• Site suitability

• Risk assessment outcomes

 

12.2 The Promoter retains sole discretion regarding whether a proposed event location is safe and legally permissible.

 

13. General

 

13.1 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

 

13.2 This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

13.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
