Starting Your Own
Drone Light Show Business

The global demand for drone light shows is booming.

The potential return on investment is huge.

Drone light shows uniquely combine creative vision with technical skillsets.

You want to get into the industry, the question is, where do you start?

WHAT DRONES DO I NEED FOR A DRONE LIGHT SHOW?

OUR LIGHT SHOW DRONES

The most fundamental part of a drone light show is of course, the drones themselves. Our drones, the PIXEL and PYRO, are specifically engineered for the light show industry.

The PIXEL is our flagship drone. A true workhorse, the majority of your fleet is likely to be made up of PIXEL drones.

Nimble, robust and equipped with an ultra bright LED, these bring your creative vision to life.

Our PYRO drone is a speciality drone.

As its name suggests, it allows pyrotechnics to form part of your show.

These are controlled remotely, can carry up to four separate, individually triggered pyrotechnics and are considerably safer than conventional fireworks.

Our drones are purpose built to be agile, fast and resistant to environmental factors such as wind gusts and light rain showers.

HOW MANY DRONES DO I NEED IN MY DRONE LIGHT SHOW FLEET?

DRONE FLEET SIZE

Our packages start from as few as 20 drones and can go to over 1000.

The number of drones you require is determined by the displays you're looking to create and the audience you are targeting. Of course, you can add to your fleet at any time.

For private events such as weddings, birthdays or christening, a swarm of 20 to 50 drones allow you to display simple 2D shapes such as initials or a symbol such as a heart. This is a great starting point.

For corporate functions or larger events, we recommend at least 200+ drones as your creative options increase and the overall resolution of the display becomes more defined.

HOW DO I FLY MY

LIGHT SHOW DRONES?

GROUND CONTROL STATION (GCS)

With our Ground Control Station bundle, you have everything you need to fly your drones to an accuracy of just 1cm. This is down to our F9P RTK base station that provides extremely accurate mapping of the flight area and ensures that your designs look as they are supposed to.

Additional safety features such as ring fencing ensure your operation zone is never breached.

The Control System operates in dual channel (422MHz or 915MHz) to act as a redundancy and ensure constant communication with the drones.

The drones are also equipped with remote power control, so you can activate them all from the comfort of your laptop and GCS when you are ready to fly.  â€‹â€‹

HOW DO I CHARGE THE BATTERIES FOR MY LIGHT SHOW DRONES?

BATTERY CHARGING

Alongside our drones, we have also designed a smart battery charging case that can simultaneously charge 20 batteries in as little as 1.5 hours.

One case is included in our Ground Control Station Bundle and more are available to purchase separately as required, alongside additional batteries.
